As an essential service, Marlowe, MD Ear, Nose & Throat continues to operate with our regular medical hours as advised by the Florida Department of Health. We are suggesting that you postpone routine visits at this time, or opt for our telemedicine option instead.
Your safety and health is our highest priority. We continue to see patients who have urgent conditions (such as active nose bleeds, cancer, growth, etc.) or require an in-office visit with an examination. Marlowe, MD is providing increased levels of infection control protocols. We have limited traffic and patient volumes. We have substituted waiting in our office for waiting in your car, and having patients called in when we are ready for them. We are avoiding seeing patients in the office with COVID-19 symptoms related to travel or contact exposures but can offer advice by phone or portal.
- Masks are worn by our staff and are provided to our patients as best practice for minimizing the spread of the virus.
- We offer telemedicine visits to our patients who are sick or quarantined or may prefer to do a virtual visit.
- Please continue to be safe, sheltering in place, and be assured that we will continue to provide urgent medical care now, and will be open for routine visits as soon as it is safe.
