ABOUT OUR OFFICE HOURS
Our office hours are Monday through Friday
from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We accept phone calls Monday through Friday
from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

ABOUT OUR PAYMENT POLICY
Our office accepts Medicare Assignment and most insurance companies. You are responsible to get an authorization from your primary care physician if required by your insurance plan. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, and Master Card. Payment is expected at the time of service unless specific arrangements are made prior to the service.

ABOUT PRESCRIPTION REFILS
As a service to our patients, we occasionally call the pharmacy to renew prescriptions by phone. Please allow up to 48 hours for refills. We do not refill prescriptions on weekend or after hours. For refills, call (941) 379-3277 during office hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
